Featured Speaker: Robert Santana, CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast
Robert is a native of Orange County; after serving our country in the United States Air Force 15th Security Forces at Hickam AFB Hawaii, he returned home to impact the lives of young people in his community. He started as a volunteer and mentor with the Santa Ana Club, and within 3 years of his first visit as a volunteer, he became the Chief Executive Officer. Robert holds an MBA with emphasis on organizational leadership from National University, a Bachelor of Science in Child & Adolescent Development and additional teaching certifications from California State University, Fullerton, and an associate degree in criminal justice and justice administration from Hawaii Pacific University. Robert has built a culture of innovation, impact, and purpose at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast. Under his leadership, Robert has driven the Club’s expansion from a single site with 12 staff and 130 kids in 2005 to 175 staff serving almost 9,000 children and teens across 66 sites in 2019.
